Tea tree essential oil has the following effects: Analgesic,
antifungal, antiseptic, bactericide, antiviral, immune stimulant,
antispasmodic, circulation decongestant, relaxant, sudorific. Its
primary active ingredients include terpene hydrocarbons, monoterpenes
and sesquiterpenes. It is these compounds that give Tea-tree its
antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activity.
